What caused back pain?
According to statistics,currently,the rate of undergoing back pain has risen up to 15%,and young patients becoming more and more.
Then,what caused the rising of patients and the increasing of young patients?
Let’s do two daily tests:
1.In our daily life,when you bend to lift heavy things,you bend waist first or legs first?
2.For middle and old-aged people,when you go to supermarket everyday,you directly carry things back home,or prepare a trolley first?
You may choose the former answer for both quesions.
This proves at least above 80% people can not use their waist properly.
When bending to lift heavy things,the right action is to bend legs first,then bend waist slightly or do not bend waist.In this way,we can protect our waist.However,most people do it in the contrary way.
After shopping from supermarket,if the things are too heavy,use bike or trolley,do not lift them back home by yourself.In this way,we will not gradually suffer from back pain,if you do not have a trolley,you had better let your two hands share the things.
In general,once you get into the habit of lifting bag using one side hand,it will easily lead to lumbar vertebra disease.
Some other stretching action also will lead to lumbar sprain,such as carrying things with one side shoulder,lifting heavy suitcase upstairs and downstairs every time on business,etc.Becaus this sprain is very slight,you may not feel it at that time.Nevertheless,if you repeat this action,it will lead to the recurrence of it and lead to acute lumbar sprain.
People’s spine is like telegraph pole,and the muscles around it is like guy cable.Enhancing the exercises of muscles of waist, back and abdomen can sustain stability of spine,reduce the burden of waist,and avoid the injury of waist soft tissues.
In daily life,if your waist need to lean slightly backwards when sitting, you had better put a back cushion,it can take the effect of buffering and supporting to your waist curvature.
When you want to have a rest in the park,do not sit on the damp and cold lawn or ground directly.This will make your lumbar invaded by cold-dampenss evils and cause back pain.
The back pain patients should have more rest on bed,and do not overstrain.In dietry,you should pay attention to nourish food containing high protein and vitamin,and supplement proper calcium.
