What symptoms predict that you are attacked by lumbar herniated disc?
Introduce you some self testing methods to help you judge lumbar herniated disc.
1.Whether you limp after acute lumbar strain?
e.g.One side support your waist or affected side,lower limbs is fear of stress exerting or burden,and the lamping state is demonstrated.Otherwise,you get into the habit of being forward and buttocks lean to one side.
2.Cough slightly for one time or more,whether the lower back pain aggravate?
3.After rest in spinatin posture,the pain can not be relieved.Try in the left lateral position,bend lumbar,flex hip and knees,look at whether the pain can be relieved.
4.In spination position,let other people or yourself touch your lower back,the middle or two sides of the lumbar vertebra,and check whether there is obvious contraction.
5.In spination position,get up slightly and observe whether the affected limbs make the knees bent due to pain.
6.In supine position,extend the knees straight on affeted side,lift hte limbs high and observe whether the action is limited because of pain.
Generally speaking,after self checking,it is possible that you undergone lumbar herniated disk if some symptoms in accordance with above.
