What cause lower back pain of men?

The causes of men’s lower back pain can generally be divided into two types:one is spinal column pain,it may be caused by lumbar herniated disk or interspinal ligament injury;the other one is lower back pain around two sides of spinal column,it may be caused by the deficiency of kidney.
The pathogeny of men’s lower back pain is led by the invasion of exogenous evil,the deficiency of kidney and essence,old age and suscetiple to disease,stagnation of qi and blood circulation.
The clinical manifestations are:

(1)cold-dampness,the symptoms are coldness and pain in lumbar,ache and swelling,difficulty in turning,aggavation on cloudy and rainy days.
(2)damp-heat,bitter taste,dysphoria with smothery sensation,scanty dark urine accompanied by burning sensation,the pain will aggravate when the weather is cold or hot.
(3)blood stasis,localized pain,such as sharp pain,unfavourable pitch accompanied by blood urine,better in daytime and arravate during night.
(4)deficiency of kidney,ache,weak,heavy,pain,favor pressing and rubbing,pain will aggravate after labor,allievate after lying,pale complxion,dry mouth and upset,favor warmness and afraid of coldness,cold hands and feet.
