Food therapy for lower back pain

Back pain is a commen disease which bothers lots of people.I would like to recommend some food therapy to you.
1.Dicoct 100g of walnut seed and 250g of tortoise meat together can treat chronic lower back bain caused by deficiency or strain.
2.If the lower back pain is caused by coldness,boil a pair of loin of sheep or pig,3g of fennel,100g of black soya bean,and 9g of ginger together in water.Drink the soup,have loin and black soya bean.In addition, you can take it as daily food.
3.If the lower back pain occurs before,during or after menstrual period.
step one,you can boil 2 eggs and 30g of motherwort using water.
step two,peel eggs when it is done.
