Physical exercises against back pain and food therapy
Many people are undergoing back pain.Long-time use of computer will cause the discomfort of all parts of our body
because of the unreasonable height of desk and chair,especially the effect on shoulder,waist and back,so you had better
adjust the height of desk and chair.You should stand up to make some movements and pay attention to your sitting posture.
If you keep good sitting posture and enhance physical exercises,back pain can be prevented.
1.Make some movement when getting up in the morning.You can receive sound effect if you swing your waist for 2 to 3 minutes every morning after you get up.Some movement,such as keeping abdomen in,stretching,walking,backward walking,riding bike,swimming,and yoga,etc,can prevent and relieve back pain.
2.Spare some time to do simple exercise,such as yijinjing.
3.Keep relaxed mentality and reduce tension:tension will increase the incretion in blood and make lumbar vertebra disk swollen,leading to back pain.Therefore,you should arrange your rest and work with reason.Pleased mind is helpful to prevent back pain.
4.Keep right posture.Whatever you do you should not go against physiological function.Wear should be loose and comfortable,
sleeping posture should be right,the height of desk,chair and pillow should be proper,when lifting things you should act according to your ability.Even if you hold a baby,you also should keep good posture.When you are croughing,you should lift your chest,and use the strength of legs, not waist to stand up.The people involves in long-time sitting work should lean back into chair to relax and rest your waist muscles.Stretching backwards from time to time is the best way of protecting back pain.
5.Sleeping on hard bed is effective.It is the best way if you can sleep on hard bed.Your back pain can be relieved a lot if you sleep on the blanket on the floor for several weeks.
6.Avoid obesity,improve dietary.You should lose weight scientifically if you are gaining weight.Because obesity will bring excessive burden on vertebrae,and the slack abdominal muscle can not take the effect of supporting vertebrae.This causes the deformation of vertebrae.
7.Simple food therapy for back pain
1.Materials: 50g bones of pig,59g parasitic loranthus,15g tu-chung and appropriate salt.Chop the bones into pieces,wash them,and take them out after boiling hot.After washing parasitic and tu-chung clean,you can put all of them into saucepan,add water,stew them with big fire to boiling,then turn to small fire.Add seasoning into them when it’s done.This prescription can improve back pain,and fatigue of lower limbs.
2.Materials:burdock,lean meat,black sesame,and propersoy sauce.Strip the scarfskin of burdock,and slice them into filament;cut the lean meat into filament,too.Put meat filament in when the oil is hot,then put burdock in.Then add sauce soy to season.When the meat is cooked,take them out,and spread sesame over it.This presciption can tonify liver and kidney,reinforce lumbar,prevent back pain during pregnancy as well as constipation.
