Reasons for Hemorrhagic Stroke
Hemorrhagic cerebral stroke actually refers to the primary or spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, particularly prevalent in male hypertensive patients aged over 50. It more often occurs in patients’ activities with consciousness. It mainly caused by the following factors:
The vast majority of hemorrhagic cerebral stroke, over 2/3 of a totality, is due to the formation of micro-aneurysms which are caused by cerebral small artery lesions- degeneration and necrosis, accompanies of high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis. When there’s a sudden rise in blood pressure, the micro-aneurysm ruptures and bleeds. This bleeding within parenchyma finally leads to an acute space-occupying lesion.
A hemorrhagic cerebral stroke can also be due to excitation and energetically force and so on. These are all incentives leading to a sudden increase in blood pressure.
Other reasons for cerebral hemorrhage are aneurysms, vascular tumors, a variety of blood diseases and some diseases with hemorrhagic tendency. Besides, erosion of the vascular wall made by the brain tumor may also cause bleeding. But these are not seen much.
Common symptoms of hemorrhagic stroke include dizziness, headache, vomiting, sudden coma, hemiplegia, incontinence, fever, etc., and coma is the main one of all. In the event of stroke symptoms, it’s best to go to see a doctor immediately and a targeted treatment should be adopted promptly according to its causes.
