The methods and medicine for treating stroke in TCM

     According to the principle of  dialectics in TCM,the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.
     Value meridians: It primarily calm the liver to stop the wind,and eliminat phlegm and free channels. If the patients have the resistance of phlegm and blood stasis,he should be treated with the assistance of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
     Treasure zangfu-organs: If the patient has tense syndrome,we should calm winds,clear fire, purging fu-organs to eliminate heat,resolve phlegm, open orifices.Once the patient has flaccid syndrome,we should strenghen qi and yang,and promote the antipathogenic qi of the body. When the tense syndrome transferred to flaccid syndrome,we should combine the treatment of tense syndrome with flaccid syndrome.
     If the patient come to his consciousness from coma,the signs demonstrate that the tense syndrome and flaccid syndrome are relieving.According to the patient’s situation,we can treat both the incidental and fundamental aspects.We should using drugs nourishing the liver and kidney or invigorating the vital energy and nourish the blood.
