Which food stroke patients should avoid eating?

First,appropriate food
1.staple food as well as legume:maize,millet,oats,buckwheat,barley,soybean,sorghum,brown rice and standard flour,etc.
2.meat,milk and eggs:beef,lean pork,chicken,fish,rabbit,quail egg,jelly fish head,sea cucumber,etc.
3.vegetables:celery,radish,eggplant,chufa,onion,garlic,laver,kelp,agaric,tremella,mushroom,etc.
4.fruit:apple,banana,Chinese date,kiwi fruit,walnut,sunflower seeds,etc.
Second,contraindication
1.Do not eat vegetables or pickled vegetables containing heavy salt.
2.Do not eat food containing too much fat,such as bacon,salted vegetables,alcohol,fat,lard,brain,sugar,coffee,thick tea,viscera of a butchered animal,etc.
3.Give up smoking.
